Movie Rec.: The Second Chance

So, we have a movie recommendation for you all. We saw "The Second Chance" last weekend and were left with some good and important things to think about. Though the acting isn't great, and the full Gospel isn't presented very clearly, Christians are challenged to think more deeply about:

• what a church is,
  
• how we handle unmet needs, and
  
• where we find our comfort.
  

It is rated PG-13 for language and some intense themes, though we didn't find it offensive, but watch out for little ears!

Note for Shawna: Yes, that is Michael W. Smith you see in the movie. Though his performance is sincere, we think he should stick to singing....
