Spring in DC: March of the Visitors
It seems that Spring brings out the visitors to Washington, DC, which we love! A few weeks ago Jayna's mom started the Visitor Train. Unfortunately, Jayna got sick (again), and fortuately, Grammy was here to help hold down the fort! However, we managed to get out a bit. And Grammy managed to make a double batch of chocolate chip cookies and vaccum the carpet, among many other chores. Thanks so much, Mom! Next, Buck & Kristin came with their boys and interns with Teens for Christ. We've decided Kristin should stay and be our nanny. Madeline and Jack have loved all the loves and attention from everyone, especially Tyler and Austin!
Once Upon a Potty....

Tyler and Austin weren't quite comfortable with Maddie's book choice of the moment. It's "Once Upon a Potty", and the main character is 'anatomically correct'. Nothing to be ashamed of! :-)

Parallel Parking in Washington, DC
Here we have an example of 'parking rage' (not road rage). After church on Sunday, this car was parked behind our Honda CR-V. I'll let the following pics explain:

Exhibit B, Car Bumper
