Time for Updating!

After a small drought in blogging, I was finally able to update with a bunch of pics from our holiday adventures. We left Louisville on Dec. 17 for Salem, OR, and returned Dec. 28. We bit the bullet and drove up to Lima, OH Dec. 29 for another enjoyable time with more family! Perhaps one of our more memorable events was Jackson taking his first steps on Christmas day! He's quite the pro now, and loving it!

Yes, Madeline stands in awe of the white stuff falling out of the sky Christmas morning! Snow is rare on Christmas in our part of Oregon, so we were very excited, even if it didn't amount to much.

This pic was taken at the end of a fun, family-filled Christmas day. Madeline was so tuckered out, she fell fast asleep as Grammy read her a story! No offense, Grammy. We're sure it was a fascinating read!
